Basic oatmeal porridge
For a delicious portion of oatmeal porridge, mix 1 dl of Happy Heart Scandinavian Fibre Oats with 2,5 dl of water and a pinch of salt. Boil for 3 minutes and stir occasionally.
You can serve the porridge in many different ways. Add something sweet like sugar, honey, fruit or jam and serve with milk or without. With a little imagination you can make your oatmeal porridge taste different every day!
Peanut Butter Oatmeal Smoothie

1 cup of Happy Heart Scandinavian Fibre Oats
1 ripe banana
2 spoons of peanut butter
2 spoons of honey
2 cups of milk
